ICNA Relief Chicago is a chapter of the Islamic Circle of North America Relief, operating across the Nation with programs such as homeless women’s transitional homes, food pantries, back to school giveaways, Muslim family services, women’s hygiene kits, winter clothing drives, disaster relief, free health screenings, and more. Its IL head office and food pantry are in Glendale Heights, IL. A satellite office and food pantry are in West Rogers Park, Chicago.

ICNA Relief relies on community donations and volunteerism.

About Pakistani Physician Society

Pakistani Physician Society is an Illinois based non for profit organization whose primary aim is to foster scientific development and education in medicine and delivery of better health care, without regard to race, color, creed, gender, or age. PPS is proud to collaborate with ICNA Relief to embark on this project to make a difference and add value to the greater Chicago area.

Mission Statement: ICNA Relief Chicago (icnarelief.org), the local chapter of the national nonprofit is partnering with the Pakistani Physician Society (PPS) (pdpsil.com) on a free Telehealth service for uninsured and underinsured residents. This service will be available three times a week and serve patients irrespective of their ability to pay.

This service will be managed by healthcare professionals and is intended to provide primary care for adults (18+ years of age) who have chronic health-related problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, etc. This service is by appointment only and not intended for urgent or emergent issues.
