Our referral system allows us to send patients to see specialists who can provide more specialized care for different diseases or injuries. Our team works to provide all patients with the highest quality of care and works with patients to find the best solution to their healthcare problems.

Crescent Clinic offers free pulmonology care, including care for asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and COVID-19, through both telemedicine and in-person visits. Our volunteer pulmonologists provide quality care for our patients to ensure their health and safety. In addition, we also provide pulmonary examinations, spirometry, and medications.

Crescent Clinic offers free consultations for optometry and ophthalmology services. We provide prescriptions for eyeglasses, eye examinations, and referrals.

Our dental clinic provides free dental consultations, cleanings, filling and extractions. All visits are currently appointment only and patients are required to complete our extensive COVID-19 screenings. Referrals are also provided for other procedures, such as root canals.

The Crescent Family Center provides various counseling services to children, teens, and adults alike. The center provides counseling for different areas of life which include familial complications, substance abuse, anger management, and domestic violence.
