PATIENT ELIGIBILITY

Lestonnac treats uninsured patients with a household that is 200% below the federal poverty level.
Lestonnac does not bill. Patients may not hold any form of insurance or Medi-Cal (Patients holding Emergency Medi-Cal may be seen)
Patients must provide proof of income or a letter certifying income.
