ICNA Relief Chicago (icnarelief.org), the local chapter of the national nonprofit is partnering with the Pakistani Physician Society (PPS) (pdpsil.com) on a free Telehealth service for uninsured and underinsured residents. This service will be available three times a week and serve patients irrespective of their ability to pay.
This service will be managed by healthcare professionals and is intended to provide primary care for adults (18+ years of age) who have chronic health-related problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, etc. This service is by appointment only and not intended for urgent or emergent issues.
