Kathleen Murphy

Kathleen Murphy is a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer Alvarez & Marsal Healthcare Industry Group in New York. She has more than 30 years of experience leading transformation and organizational change initiatives, both as a consultant and executive.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Murphy was a principal with ImPART GROUP, a healthcare consultancy. Ms. Murphy was President/Chief Operating Officer at DDS Partners, LLC, a start-up venture in the dental practice management industry. She also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Physician Services/Management Services Organization, a division of the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System (Northwell Health), a major New York-based integrated delivery system. Earlier in her career, she was Human Resource Management executive for a publishing company.

She has served on the board of Visiting Homemaker Home Health Services of Bergen County, New Jersey. She was a volunteer with Susan G. Komen Foundation in New York. She is an active volunteer with community organizations. She is a council member of her Church.

Ms. Murphy earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources management at State University of New York.
