Home Delivery Program
For those who are unable to visit our clinic in person, Shifa Clinic’s Home Delivery Program in partnership with Amazon is here to help. We recognize that mobility challenges or other circumstances may prevent individuals from accessing our onsite food distribution.
Please note that due to temperature regulations and requirements, we can only deliver non-perishable items and select bakery items.
To ensure efficient service, there is eligibility based on zip codes for our Home Delivery Program. Please check our eligibility criteria to see if your zip code qualifies for this service.

Child hunger Prevention Program
Many children who rely on free and reduced price lunches during the school year go home to meager or no meals on weekends. The Shifa Clinic Child Hunger Prevention program works to fill that gap. We started the program with five children per month in 2014, and we now currently serve 100 children a month. We will be expanding the program to include more children depending on the funding and resources available.

Difference between Shelf Life and Expiration date
Shelf life is a period of time when a food product remains safe and suitable for consumption when properly stored at recommended conditions. This means that food should retain its desired quality and doesn’t lose its nutrients . This period is calculated since production, distribution, sale, and until finally stored in your kitchen.
