Staff Lupe

Lupe Barragan-Moser joined Shifa Free Clinic in 2017. She is a bilingual Program management professional with +30 years of experience in program/project planning and execution across diverse industries. A natural communicator who liaises between public and private organizations and their stakeholders. 

Prior to joining the clinic, she worked over 20 years in the public and private non-profit sector and social responsibility in Colombia, South America. She has a Bachelor of Science in Communications with the emphasis in Journalism, and a Master of Arts in Development, Management, and Policy.
