Job Summary: 

Mobile clinic manager shall be responsible for management, maintenance, and development of medical mobile clinic. Plan and organize medical health campaigns and fairs. 

 

As Outreach Coordinator, perform outreach activities effectively and efficiently under the guidelines of Area Manager/Regional Director. 

 

The following is a list of duties you can expect to fulfil at different times/events throughout the year. 

 

Essential Responsibilities as Mobile Clinic Manager: 

  • 1. Scheduling/Coordinating NE Region Health fairs/Mobile clinic events
  • 2. Organize/assist in community Health fairs as a priority
  • 3. Manage & secure waiver forms, health fairs test results data etc
  • 4. Do Triage/Lab testing as needed
  • 5. Keeping updated Resource/referral lists of NE free medical/dental clinics etc
  • 6. Volunteers’ orientation trainings/ scheduling, assigning tasks/HIPPA compliance, implementation
  • 7. Be able to work on weekends & after hours as needed, drive mobile clinic to other states for few days health fair trips including Disaster relief mobile clinic medical camps
  • 8. Timely events reporting and Generate Monthly/Annual Health fairs report
  • 9. Proper Maintenance of Mobile clinic van and driving it to local or other cities/states as needed including disaster relief service
  • 10. Recruiting Volunteer Physicians, dentists, Nurses, Dieticians, Pharmacists and other Health fair related volunteers
  • 11. Build relationships with faith-based institutions.
  • 12. Help in procuring health fair related grants, health fair related supplies as in-kind donation & add donors from the community
  • 13. Any other duties as assigned by Regional/Mobile clinic Director & area manager

 

Essential Responsibilities as Outreach Coordinator

  • Build strategic relationships with community leadership including Masjids, Community Leaders, and Islamic Organizations 
  • Increase awareness about the organization and its social work in the local community  
  • Responsible for revenue collection, donor retention, bring in new to organization donors 
  • Follow up with donors via phone, email and in person visits. 
  • Prepare report on in-person visits with donors 
  • Participate in community groups, steering communities, forging partnerships with supporting organizations 
  • Perform day to day duties of all the service programs as assigned by the Field Office Coordinator 
  • Responsible for accurate data collection, documentation, record keeping and provide timely reports 
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries on the field relief work 
  • Engage needy individuals requiring social service assistance 
  • Recruit, train, maintain and increase the local volunteer base 
  • Attend all required company meetings 
  • Collaborate with related organizational members and their boards 

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in human resources, Sciences, or related healthcare field (preferred) 
  • 2+ years of experience in community organizing, leadership, or related field 
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare 
  • Must be organized, responsible, innovative, a self-starter, able to come up with new ideas and strategic thinking to further establish ICNA Relief’s reputation and awareness and shape the organization’s legacy 
  • Commit to a full-time position including some weekends and evenings (days and times will vary) 
  • Have a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record 
  • Drive the mobile clinic within the area 
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse communities

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: 

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the core work hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and must work 40 hours each week to maintain a full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required . 

 

Work Authorization: 

The candidate applying to join ICNA Relief must have a legal status, social security number and work authorization by the relevant US authorities. The candidate by virtue of applying for this position authorizes ICNA Relief for his/her Background Check, reference check and a Medical Exam on need basis. 

 

Travel Requirements: 

ICNA Relief is a national organization with operations across various states, therefore the candidate must be willing and prepared to travel for official work/assignment at a 24-hour notice. 

 

Transportation 

ICNA Relief is a faith-based not-for-profit organization, and our services are made possible through contributions from donors and volunteers who need to be approached and engaged at all times. As employees of ICNA Relief you may be required, at times, to drive the organizations’ vehicle and are hence required to have a clean traffic record with no outstanding citations as you will be representing ICNA Relief.
