Job Title: Jr. Web Developer & IT Support
Status Part-time
Reports to: IT Manager
Department/Program: IT/Marketing
Location: On-Site & Remote (mix of days)

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible keeping the website updated & resolve any IT issues that arise.



Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for regular website content updates
  • Responsible for the design and creation of web pages and landing pages
  • Display knowledge of website tools and CMS, including WordPress
  • Assist the IT Manager in website and other technical areas


Supervisory Responsibility:

  • N/A


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

(Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.)


Required Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in IT.
  2. Knowledge of any CMS platforms

  • Work independently and effectively in a fast-paced
  • Ability to learn and be proactive
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Work with minimum supervision


Preferred Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in IT and related fields required
  2. Any technical experience

Other Duties:

Assist with various company IT needs as they arise, includes remotely accessing devices for software setup, creation and suspension of email accounts, network issues, and general IT needs. Other duties and responsibilities can be added based on the need of the organization and as determine by the CIO.
